Resorts International Casino in Atlantic City, NJ is in for an outstanding night of boxing on Friday January 24, 2014 as Curtis Stevens (25-4, 18 ko) will take on Patrick Majewski (21-2, 13 ko) in the main event of the night.  Stevens looks for redemption as he took a tough loss to one of the top middleweights in boxing, Gennady Golovkin.  He has expressed publicly that he went into that fight too cautious, and will have a different approach in this bout with Majewski.  Patrick Majewski is a fighter that is known for his offense, coming after his opponents relentlessly.  The bounce back win Stevens is looking for, coupled with the brawling mentality of Majewski should make for an exciting fight nobody will want to miss.

The vacant NABF cruiserweight title will be up for grabs as 25 year old Thabiso Mchunu (14-1, 10 ko) from South Africa takes on 33 year old Olanrewaju Durodola (17-1, 16 ko) out of Nigeria.  As you can see by the knockout totals of both fighters this bout will easily be one of the best of the night, with plenty of action.

The under card features an excellent variety of fights as there are undefeated fighters, big punchers, international boxers, a hometown fighter, heavyweights, rookies and even common city rivalries.  Sure to be a fun night of boxing!
