Wilder, 40-0-1 (39), of Tuscaloosa, AL, #223 Ľ, coming off a draw with Tyson Fury in December is back defending against his No. 4 contender Breazeale, 20-1 (18), of Eastville, CA, #255 Ľ, whose only loss was to 3-belt champion Anthony “AJ” Joshua back in 2016. He has since recorded three straight knockouts, over opponent with 63-5 combined records.
In the co-feature former WBO World champion and now WBC World Featherweight champion southpaw “Mr.” Gary Russell, Jr., 29-1 (17), of Capitol Heights, MD, 125 ľ, makes his fourth defense since gaining his current WBC title.
