If a 49-0 boxer can fight a 0-0 non-boxer and have the state of Nevada approved of this type of “fight” why shouldn’t everyone including Manny “Pac Man” Pacquiao do the same?
We all know Floyd “Money” Mayweather pre-planned with Conor McGregor how they were going to “take” the public. Mayweather averaged three punches a round up until the seventh round to make it look like McGregor was a “qualified opponent” and then let it all hang out and stopped McGregor.
They probably were holding hands Mayweather and McGregor all the way to the bank after the fiasco! UFC President Dana White has a contract on McGregor and you must go through him to fight McGregor. “That would be weird because he’s (McGregor) under contract with us. If that is true, I will be suing Pacquiao and whoever’s representing him. So, I’m assuming that’s not true. Initially but we have not yet had any follow-up conversation. If we can negotiate it, I have no problem. It is OK with both of us,” said White.
No commission, even the tarnished Nevada commission, should approve of a boxing license for McGregor. The WBC light fly champ Moonsri is 49-0 and will equal Mayweather’s record in his next fight. Will this bring Mayweather back? Of course it will but he won’t be fighting Keith Thurman or Terence Crawford but some amateur chump or a rematch in Dublin, Ireland, on St. Patrick’s Day with McGregor.
Where does it all end? Hasn’t Mayweather done enough to bring boxing down to yet another level?
