That is figuring either Sergei Kovalev RUS vs Vyachaslev Shabranskyy UKR for the only vacant Light heavyweight title.

Does it go back to our amateur program being so weak or just that some of the non-Americans living in the USA are now champions like Gennady “GGG” Golovkin?
