WHAT: First ever “Knock Out Cancer” boxing benefit, presented by Star Boxing, at the Hunts Point Produce Market to benefit the American Cancer Society. There will be five professional fights scheduled for the event, featuring Star Boxing’s undefeated heavyweight contender Joe “The Future” Hanks taking on “The Contenders” Alfredo Escalera Jr. for the IBA Heavyweight Championship, and Alicia Ashley taking on Christina Ruiz for the WBC Female Super Bantamweight Championship of the World in the co-feature. All the proceeds from the event will go directly to the American Cancer Society.

WHEN: Saturday, July 23rd. Doors Open 6PM, first bout scheduled for 7:15PM.
“Knock Out Cancer” will take place Saturday, July 23 at the Hunt Point Produce Market, which is located at 772 Edgewater Road, Bronx, NY 10474. Tickets to this special event are priced at $50, $75 and $100. Tickets may be purchased at the Hunts Point Market tonight.
