Julian Rodriguez was named the Outstanding Boxer of the National PAL Tournament. Congratulations goes out to him and Alex Devia, who is not only the Junior Olympic Chairman, not only the trainer of Julian, and the other JO National Champs, Isaac Cuellar, Jimmy Serra But he is also the father of Julian. Congratulations also goes out to their other coach, Frank Toledo.
