Hey HBO…How about a walkout Bout?

Most Boxing fans saw the Kelly Pavlik vs. Gary Lockett bout as a walk through, and they were not disappointed.

In a match that had as much drama as a Giants vs. Jets preseason game, Pavlik systematically broke down Lockett and forced him to take three knees. Finally, in the third round, Lockett’s trainer, Enzo Calzaghe threw in the towel.

The first bout of the evening saw Daniel Ponce De Leon relinquish his WBO Belt to Juan Manuel Lopez via a vicious first round knockout.

On a night like this, HBO could have used a walkout bout.
