BERLIN (December 26, 2007)–IBF Cruiserweight champion, Steve “USS” Cunningham has wrapped up his stay in Berlin, Germany and now will set sail on Bielefeld, Germany where he will defend his crown against undefeated mandatory, Marco Huck on Saturday Night.
Cunningham had a chance to see some of the historic sights while getting in a week’s worth of intense training with trainers Anthony Chase and Buddy Osborne.
“The people treated me gerat while I was in Berlin. This is a great city with lots of history, and with my backround in the Navy, It was extremly interesting to me. I been training like never before and I cant get wait to get in the ring on Saturday and show the people of Germany what the American, South African and Polish fans already know–That I am the best Cruiserweight in the world.” said Cunningham.
Trainer Anthony Chase is also impressed with the progress of the champ, “Steve is looking extremly sharp now. He is peeking at the right time. Add that with the gameplan that we have divised ,Huck will see the most versatile Cruiserweight in the world.”
