In the co-feature Frank “The Cuban Flash” Sanchez, 16-0 (12), #227 1/2, of Cuba and Las Vegas, NV, stopped Brian “MVP” Howard, 15-3 (12), #210, of Loganville, GA, 10 rounds, at 2:07 of the fourth round for the WBO NABO title.
In the third round a left hook and right uppercut on the chin of Howard from Sanchez and down he went for an 8-count seconds before the end of the round. In the fourth round Sanchez dropped Howard with a left hook on the chin driving him to the canvas. Shortly seconds later a left hook on the chin from Sanchez on the chin of Howard and he went down for a second time. Upon rising Sanchez was all over him until the referee Jerry Cantu called a halt.

In the second round a right on the chin from Negron dropped Rios. Upon rising Negron was all over him until the referee Rudy Barragan called a halt.
