Hurd, 23-0 (16), last defended in December and this will be the second attempt at a world title by Williams, 26-1-1 (16), losing back in 2016. In the co-feature IBO World Super Bantamweight champion Paulus “The Rock” Ambunda, 27-2 (11), of Windhoek, Nambia, makes his first defense against Stephen “Scooter” Fulton, 15-0 (7), of Philadelphia, PA, 12 rounds.
Super Lightweight Mario “El Azteca” Barrios, 23-0 (15), of San Antonio, TX, takes on Juan Jose Velasco, 20-1 (12), of Bueno Aires, ARG, 10 rounds. Middleweight Russian southpaw Matvey Korobov, 28-2 (14), of St. Petersburg, FL, taking on Immanuwel Aleem, 18-1-1 (11), of Richmond, VA, 10 rounds.
