With mid-August upon us, three International Boxing Hall of Famers are celebrating birthdays – referee Steve Smoger (2015 inductee) celebrated on Wednesday (8/15), two-division champion Hilario Zapata (2016 Inductee) celebrates on Sunday (8/19) and promoter Don King (1997 Inductee) on Monday (8/20).
