Hot undefeated welterweight prospect Danny Garcia (4-0, 4 KO’s) has advanced to fighting in six round bouts. The Goldenboy Promotions rising star is scheduled to fight Guadalupe Diaz (4-2-1, 1 KO) April 19, 2008 at the “Battle of the Planet” card featuring Bernard Hopkins and Joe Calzaghe, which will be televised, live from The Planet Hollywood Ring at the Thomas and Mack Arena in Las Vegas, NV. Garcia, who hails from the tough streets of Philadelphia, commented on his career and fighting on highly publicized fight cards as he mentioned:
