Alex Perez On His Way To a Victory By KO

In the opening fight welterweight Alex Perez impressively took out Michael Pitman (4-9, 2KOs) in the first round. Perez (5-0, 4KOs) looks to be developing nicely in his last two fights.

In a 6-round welterweight bout former amateur standout Henry Crawford (10-0-1, 4KOs) took on Robert Nava (4-2, 3KOs). When you compared the two fighters in the ring it actually looked like Crawford was a super middleweight as he looked to be the bigger stronger man compared to his much shorter and less chiseled opponent. Crawford needed only to use his stinging left jab and sharp right hand to control the first three rounds as Nava offered little in return, actually there where rounds where Nava seemed to only throw 4 or 5 pawing jabs. After the 4th round of being totally dominated Nava was unable to come out for the 5th.
